    Day 1
    Arrival in Montreal

  • After flying over the white expanses that stretch continuously west from the Atlantic, your plane will touch down in the vibrant city of Montreal. Transfer by your own to your hotel. Enjoy free time in the evening and discover the economic and cultural capital of Quebec.

  • Jour 2

    Day 2
    Montreal-Wendake

  • Follow the path of the St. Lawrence River to Quebec City, Quebec’s political capital and the only fortified city in North America. Travel a short distance to the Huron reserve of Wendake to be immersed in the history and culture of Canada’s First Nations communities. Enjoy a traditional First Nations lunch and visit the site. In the afternoon, delve into Quebec winter for the first time when you head out on a snowshoeing excursion (unguided). Dinner and night in a unique hotel located in the heart of a museum devoted to First Nations history and culture.

    Day 3
    Wendake-st Aimé des Lacs

  • This morning marks your first encounter with your snowmobile, which will transport you over powdery paths for days to come. At the snowmobiling base camp, you’ll be outfitted with cold weather gear and your very own “snow machine.” After a security briefing and driving guidelines, you’ll depart for your adventure, led by a professional snowmobile guide. Enjoy lunch at a snowmobile stop situated just off the trail, then head out again onto powdery paths to arrive at your accommodations in St Aimé des Lacs at the end of the day.

    Day 4 St Aimé des Lacs-L'anse St Jean 160km

  • our second day of snowmobiling will carry you through a rural setting characterized by colourful villages and houses blanketed in snow. As you travel north toward the Saguenay Fjord, your guide will bring you to lookouts upon the most extraordinary views of the St. Lawrence River and the fjord. At night, you’ll sleep beside cliffs overlooking the fjord, in cottages just outside the village of l’Anse St-Jean.

  • Jour 5

    Day 5 L'Anse St Jean-Hébertville 160 km

  • After a restful night, hop back onto your snow machine for a northwesterly ride alongside the fjord toward Lac Saint-Jean. Renowned in summer for its blueberries, which flourish in the region, this immense body of water is in winter a kingdom of ice and snow. Magnificent panoramas are revealed with every turn of your snowmobile. Float atop pristine trails in a region blessed with exceptional annual snowfall, the delight of winter sports enthusiasts of all stripes. Once again, your day will be punctuated by passages through charming villages. You’ll spend the night in Hébertville, in traditional cottages warmed by fireplaces that inspire relaxation and long conversations.

    Day 6 Hébertville-Wilderness reserve 160 km

  • Today’s journey brings you to the heart of one of the most beautiful corners of the region where winter is king: the Laurentians Wilderness Reserve. As you’ll be driving from Lac Saint-Jean, you’ll approach the reserve from the north. You’ll take a particularly untamed and absolutely pristine path along trails that weave through evergreens in the heart of the Laurentian mountains. You’re sure to be ready for a rest at the end of the day, so settling in to the comfort of a superb cottage on the shore of Lac Cartier will be most welcome.

  • Jour 7

    Day 7 Wilderness reserve-Wendake 130 km

  • After a good breakfast, you’ll head out for your final day of snowmobiling. This last leg brings you once again over brilliant white expanses situated between the St. Lawrence River, dense with massive ice floes, and the snow-laden contours of the Laurentian mountain range. You’ll cruise along the path of the Montmorency River, which feeds the famous Montmorency Falls near Quebec City. This splendid river meanders through the Laurentian mountains and is the centerpiece of the loveliest winter landscapes. At the end of the day, you’ll return to snowmobiling base camp, return your equipment and machines, and transfer for the First Nations Museum Hotel in Wendake, where you’ll spend the next night.

  • Jour 8

    Day 8 Wendake-Montreal Departure

  • The end of your journey is marked by your return along the contours of the St. Lawrence River to the city of Montreal. Depending on your flight schedule, transfer by your own directly to the airport or you may spend a few hours taking in the sites of this great metropolis, for example is historical heart, the Old Port, or the charming neighborhoods that surround it.
