CONDITIONS
- DRIVING LICENSE : Have a valid driver’s license – Be 21 years old and over
- Any towing costs are extra.
- DEDUCTIBLE : in the event of damage to the vehicle, A Security deposit is required to cover the deductible in cash or on credit card.
- The insurance does not cover body injury to the driver or his passenger. It only covers damage to others.
- PASSENGER : The law requires all practicing pilots or passengers, when seated, passengers must wear the vehicle’s seat belt properly. All passengers in a SSV must be tall enough to reach and hold firmly onto the handrail designed for their seat.
– SSV/Sxs Side by Side Véhicules: to have a size that allows them to have their hand on the handlebars A lenght of 22 inches (55cm) fulfills this requirement.
